Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

I was caught with some liquid ...maybe 5 hits left in the bottle...in the state of California...they did not include it on the charges document which included a misdemeanor for possession of less than 28.5 grams of weed with a felony charge for the 7 dollars worth of hash that was in the same bag...how much trouble am i in here?

Thank goodness it wasn't a federal charge. California is a big place, where in California was this, and when is your court date?
