If you are sharing the easement with neighbors and everyone has agreed to take turns doing the maintenance, then that is how it should be maintained. If you are having disagreements, you should hold a meeting with the neighbors and calmly talk about the issues. If you cannot reach any resolutions this way, you may need to bring a legal action. You should consult your own attorney to protect your legal rights.
