Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Paypal Violates The Sherman Act..I have proof I am Living it!

here is the paypal case you have been waiting on

on 4-25-2004 after returning from a mini vacation I turned on my computer and found ''the'' email from paypal telling me that my account had been closed for selling ''mature'' items..ok sounds simple enough except the I DONT SELL MATURE ITEMS I have been a paypal user in good standing for 1 year and 11 months almost 2 years with zero incidents ..and WHAM they give me this crap!Ok here is the Bombshell I sell 2 things on my website and that is all

SOFTWARE and WEB HOSTING no adult -mature anything BUT....

The software I sell is Payment processing software ..which allows the ''average joe'' to set up and operate their own paypal type payment website !!seeing the big picture now

I have been fairly successful selling this software and have created and opened a number of these payment websites for individuals...so they could operate their own paypal system so what does paypal do ...they see the competition and shut my account down after 2 years so as to try to limit the number of new payment processors that are being setup and are their direct competition two words

ANTI-TRUST They have sucessfully eliminated a huge part of their competition 'ME''

Review your PayPal user agreement, I think you may find that they reserved the right to deny their service, and you agreed to it.
