Recompensation
After 18 years my/gf and I split. Her choice. I have paid more than half of her daughter's college expense. We have a car loan together and she has the car. We have a house together in which I would like to buy her out. Am I entitled to reclaim any of these expenses.

Not really. It would be considered as gift unless you had some agreement with her that she would reimburse you.
