consular waiver of appearance

married for 41/2 yrs. filed I130 and approved but what are current chances of waiver to appear and success rate of an illegal entry person being granted a visa even if we appear and possible scenarios of events surrounding this

Re: consular waiver of appearance

Waivers are getting more difficult to get. Unless you have minor children and the person applying for the waiver is the primary provider, the chances of getting a waiver are slim.
