Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I Am Currently Being Accused Of Stealing Products At The Location I Work At And Selling Them For Drug. This Is All False Information, I Offered To Give A Drug Test And They Told Me That Would Not Be Necassary, However I Was Just Informed By My Boss Who Said And I Quote "It Really Is Not Looking Good For You, You Have A Meeting With HR On Monday". What should I Do?
