Who benefits from a Class action suit

Hi,

You may have heard about the class action Siebel Systems just settled with its former Employees (Software Engineers) for $27Million. I was an employee at Siebel during that period, but I did not respond to the mail I receivedfrom the law firm, because I was still an employee in Siebel Systems. Do I qualify to benefit from the settlement.

It depends on what the notice says -- if it said you had x amount of time to "opt out" and you did not, then you are covered by it. Otherwise, you are not covered by it -- and you can sue them on your own.
