Legal Question in Employment Law in California

my boss put me down in front of co-workers

my boss called me a ding dong in front of my co-workers and they started picking on me about it and when i asked him to make them stop he did nothing and joked about it. so in return i wrote a couple bad things in the office about the teasers for payback and i got fired for it. i accepted the termination for my actions but can i go after that supervisor for what he did or the company for hiring a supervisor such as that???
