Legal Question in Employment Law in California

commison sales

My employer is refusing to pay commision on recurring sales. Is this legal in California?

Also, if I quit or am fired can I collect commisions on completed sales where theproduct has not delivered?

Re: commison sales

Hello. I believe we are both located in San Francisco.

Whether you are entitle to comissions depends on "why" you should be entitled to them - are they part of your employment contract / agreement?

If so, it is likely that you are owed those comissions.

Thanks.
