Legal Question in Employment Law in California

My company requires us to claim we took a lunch break even on days our management pressures us not to because of under-staffing. In addition to that, we aren't being paid overtime when we are called in for last-minute meetings on our days off or over our schedules. Our 2 times per week conference calls are unpaid. Is any of this legal? Is there any way to take legal action against them?

IF you can prove that you are not being allowed breaks, or are not paid properly for all time worked, then you have a claim you can sue on, or file with the Labor Commissioner, seeking unpaid compensation, penalties, interest, and if you win in court, attorney fees. Multiple claimants corroborate and validate each other other effectively, so try to get others to join you to help promote effective legal action. If serious about hiring counsel to help in this, feel free to contact me. Ill be happy to help. I've been doing these case for many years.
