Compensation Agreement Dispute

I left my employer, a national bank, on 3/30/2007 due to payment disputes on my compensation agreement totaling approximately 100k over the past 12 months. Are there attorneys who will work on a contingency basis for a relatively small damage amount? My former employer is also refusing to pay my last commission check over emails they claim I have, which I do not. Thank You, Scott

Yes, many attorneys will take such a case on a contingency basis. Look for an employment attorney in your immediate area.
