can an employer make you pay out of your bonus checks money you owe another employee .my employer told me i wouldnt get my bonus checks if i didnt pay the other employee which had nothing to do with work.he even took me to cash them

This is completely unlawful. Your employer may not withhold your wages even on debts that you owe your employer unless done with ill intent/malice, not to mention owing money to a third person.
