Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I was an employee who won a labor commissioner case and my former boss appealed to Los Angeles superior court Stanley Mosk Courthouse. The court set a trial setting conference. Do I need to file any papers before the trial setting conference? If so, which form. Thanks

You just entered the big leagues, where you are going to be facing the company's labor lawyer, and required compliance with the rules of evidence, civil procedure, pre-trial and trial procedure.

If you don't know how to represent yourself effectively against an experienced attorney intending to defeat your claim and object to all your evidence and testimony, then hire an attorney who will defend you against the onslaught. If the amount in question is enough to justify it, and if you are serious about hiring counsel to help in this, feel free to contact me. Ill be happy to help fight and get the best outcome possible.
