If my employer terminates me because he claims money has gone missing but has no proof of it. do i have a case?

Certainly not. That is sound 'good cause' to fire an 'at will' employee.

Your employer could fire you for any reason other than illegal discrimination based on a protected classification. He doesn't have to prove a thing.
