Fulltime Employee didn't get paid

I am on H1-B and my employer didn't pay me the amount they agreed on the offer letter and for few weeks they didn't pay me at all what shout I do. I need a lawyer who can pursue my case

The employer is required, both under the H1B rules and under the CA labor code to pay you what was agreed to. This can be pursued either through the California system or the federal Department of Labor -- you're in a hard position in the H1B situation because the employer controls your visa, feel free to write back on my private email, and leave me a phone number to discuss further. . . .the employer could also be barred from taking any H1B employees in the future.
