Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Is it illegal not to get paid a time and a half on Thanksgiving or Christmas Holiday? Our company has us working these Holidays and we are full time employees, but we don't get holiday pay.

You are entitled to OT for any time over 8 hours in a day or 40 hours in a work week. There is no requirement to pay OT on holidays. That is up to the company to be generous.
