Legal Question in Employment Law in California

This job hired me said I have the job, the whole time there

They said racial slurs on Mexicans. Didn't want to take the time to train me

And when I would ask a question would be bothered the boss was always saying inappropriate comments

Saying don't piss me off again when he had to show me something. I asked many times don't I have to sign papers they kept saying yeaTommorw

Then put it off the 5th day I was there they told me I wouldn't come back they paid me and said they didn't take out taxes I thought that was weird don't know if that's legal.

They never told me they were going to try me out first they told me I was hired I got the job... Wanted to know if I can sue them?

The claim of discrimination requires you be able to prove that such comments were made. Your word versus his is not proof, although you could hire an attorney to make a 'claim' through a threat letter, and try to negotiate a settlement without litigation. IF you have witnesses or documents that prove your claims, then you could file suit if they don't settle. If serious about pursuing this, feel free to contact me.
