Legal Question in Employment Law in California

being let go from a job

I was recently let go from a job two days after complaining how a manager was treating me. They told me there was no reason for letting me go they just were. I also was not givin my two 10 minute breaks ever while I worked there in california. Is there something I can do legally to this business.

It depends on what you were complaining about! If it was about some sort of harassment you had been suffering, for example, then their firing you could be called "Retaliation," and your could have a case. If you want to discuss it further, call me toll-free at 877-LION-FOR-LAW
