Legal Question in Employment Law in California
Is it legal to tell employees that if possibledo not use the bathroom facilities between 4 and 5pm. If you really have to go, then go, but if you can wait and go potty on your own time at 5. that would be greatly appreciated. Is this even legal to make a request like this? This is an office environment. I guess management is feeling that too many people are taking potty breaks between 4 and 5.

Are you kidding? Is it illegal for an employer to make a polite request to employees about personal habits in the workplace? Seriously? You actually have to ask that?
