Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I stupidly falsified on day on my timesheet, my boss met with me she did not write me up. When I asked her the out come of our meeting, she said termination was an option but she did know what she was going to do yet? How long can she hold this over my head?

Until she fires you or you quit. She doesn't need a reason to fire you, so whether she fires you for the false timesheet or no reason at all, as long as it is not racial or other illegal discrimination, she can fire you whenever she wants.
