no pay, insuficient funds on previous paychecks

i worked for a company for 2 months and recieved at least 2 paychecks that bounced in my account. this week on payday no pay was available leaving about 150 employees without being payed for the work we have done.a day later after not being payed the company closed its doors and left 150 employees without being payed for at least three pay checks including bounced checks from their account.the company left a phone number to call but when called you can not get through to anyone.
