Legal Question in Employment Law in California

At the place where i work i am required to use chemicals such as WD40, and white lithum grease. The only restroom at my job is a porta-potty that gets cleaned out every 2 weeks, and the only running water is a spigot on the property. Is there any law stating that i have to be provided with a place to use the restroom and appropriate hand washing facilities...or at least an eye-wash sink?

There is a law that requires employers to provide a safe work environment for its employees. If you believe your work environment is unsafe, you should contact CAL OSHA, and report your concerns. You can do so anonymously and they can send an investigator to determine if the employer is violating any health or safety codes.
