Reopening Discovery

My attorney in harassment case is being disbarred. How would I request that discovery be reopened in a case before it goes to trial?

The new attorney you hire will have to file appropriate motions supporting the request to continue the trial and/or grant additional discovery. IF you've got a valid and meritorious claim, against a defendant that isn't going to go broke and BK, feel free to contact me if serious about doing so.
