Terminal benefits

I was terminated by employer whom I ad worked for for 1yr 9month. It was all abrupt no terminal benefits were paid to me apart from my PTO and this was paid at the regular rate. Is there any law governing terninal benefits in California? what kind of lawyer can help me I am in zip code 94544

Unless you can demonstrate 'discrimination' or other actually illegal basis for the firing, you are an 'at will' employee subject to firing any time without reason, and without payment other than your wages.
