Legal Question in Employment Law in California

violation of california labor law

My fiormer employer violated cal labor law on many levels. denied meal breaks, excessive overtime without comp. stated I was salaried but docked pay if not there, didn't pay on time, still waiting for final check after 2 weeks, med ins was charged based on earnings. the more you made the more you paid. Had me attend training seminars on my day off in san diego with no meal or mileage comp. not paid for that day of work. more violations occured. I need a contingent attorney to fight this for me. I have all paystubs, docs and time records.

Re: violation of california labor law

You can file a claim with the Labor Commissioner for the pay, penalties and interest. If the case is worth enough to hire an attorney to help you in the hearings and trial, feel free to contact me to discuss the fees involved, which can sometimes be a partial contingency.
