Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Wages for travel time

I work out of my home and I`m requried to drive to different appointment locations throughout Southern California. My boss only pays me only one hour for my travel time round trip no matter how long it takes me to get to my appointments. Sometimes it takes me three hours to get to an appointment, but I`m only paid for one. I do not set up my own appointments or times my boss does that. Is he suppose to pay me for the entire it takes me to get to my appoinments?
