Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I am on workmans comp for a knee injury. i have been humiliated before by the district manager. this time at a monthly meeting, he proceded to single me out and humiliate me again in front of 50-60 technicians. he ask me how i hurt my knee, like did you just step out of your van, i said no, i fell on some stairs, his comment was, so let's see, how many times have you been on stairs. i felt very humiliated, embarrassed, he had no right to attack me. do i have a rights here? what should i do. i feel very strongly that he step out of bounds on this, other techs agree also.
