Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

me and my landlords went to court and had an agreement threw mediation that they would pay me for repair receipts i have on the home by the 18th of may which they did not do they are trying to say the receipts are fraud which they aren't they are from handy men ect that happen to be friends of mine and my family the agreement did not say the receipts had to be a certain type it just said "receipts" which is what i gave them and now my part of the agree ment was to move out by the 2nd of June which i now cannot afford due to them not fallowing threw with there half of the deal and replacing my money i put into there home so my question is do i have the right to stay here and fill something against them and if so what would i file and if i stay would they have the ability to force me on to the streets

Receipts need to reasonable. ... You need to live up to your end of the deal and have clean hands to enforce the agreement...
