He did not prescribe anything. um set follow up visits. um I am in serious pain, and was told to take Asprin and come back ..at the 3rd visit I was concerned with my wound, pain, and the doctor was to remove the threads, the finger was rotting, he freaked, I was about to passout , and was sent to the hospitol, Xray found, Bone sawed clean cut addmitted, Operated on and treated for a serious infection, and $80.000's in bills later. the second doctor did what the other doctor did not, and could not...why can't i find a lawyer in georgia to sue..I need help to take this case to trial, Who, and from what state, can i find help. The doctor advertises has xray, but did'nt use it on me, My question is was it there onsite and why did'nt he use it?

You've got your corrupt politicians to thank for your inability to find a lawyer. It is called supporting "tort reform" or more appropriately defined "tort deform" by those who become sold on AMA and corporate lies.

As for out of state lawyers, they can't represent you for various reasons, (1) they must be licensed in GA or get a special permission from the court, (2) the expense of prosecuting a case that may not have large economic outlook, (3) limitations or ceilings/caps on damages, etc.

If you are seriously interested pursuing this matter, you might have to retain a lawyer and pay hourly fee.

Good luck.
