Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California
unsure of malpractive
i was almost 20 weeks pregnant went i went into the hospital because my cervix had opened after being there for 3 days my ob doctor decided i had to terminate my pregnancy even tough the babies were perfectly fine according to the ultrasound, my water bag was still intact and i wasnt having any bleeding or pain and neither the ob doctor or the specialist had gone to see me at my bed for those 3 days
when the ob doctor gave me the pills to drink she never specified to me that i was actually taking abortion pills and not pills to induce labor which would have probably given the babies a chance to live

something is either missing from the story or very odd about what the doctors did. They never told you why the pregnancy had to be terminated? Have you obtained the medical records yet or seen other doctors?
