Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
Bad Neighbor
Noise nuisance, property damaged fence and declined quality of life due to neighbor not maintaining property and inviting criminal element such as drugs, homeless,abandoned cars. What can we do legally and what type of attorney do we need about the above issues.

Any type of attorney that is willing to represent you will do. It is called a nuisance action. You will have to pay for the attorneys fees. I don't know any attorney that will take such a case on contingency.
