car accident envolving pedistrian

i had the right of way at an intersection as a pedestrian when a car making a right turn hit me when i stepped off the curb. He admitted to being on his cell phone at the time and didn't see me. The only information I was able to collect was his license plate number, his name and phone number. there was no police report made out at the seen of the accident. what now?

Get an attorney and sue assuming you have any significant injuries. If your injuries are minor, sue in small claims.

The driver was required to provide you with his insurance information at the scene. This needs to be acted on quickly! My first question is, did you suffer injuries? If so, did you go to the hospital and/or see a doctor? If so, do you still have ongoing pain and/or physical damages of sort?
