Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

got into a car accident left the scene on foot and no one was hurt talk to the police the next day and they got me for a hit and run and sending the paper work to court now im waiting for a court date. wat should i expect?

You need to talk to an attorney in person.The least that can happen based on what you have stated is a misdemeanor hit and run charge which can carry a six month jail sentence but that is the maximum.
