Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

need a lawyer or not

i have got in to a total loss accients in oct of 2004. The insurance company have sent me a check for my car for 4600 dollars and a release in full of all claims and right to sign for medical bills of 2195 dollars. The car check that issue to me was wrong so i mail it back and told the insurance company to sent me the right check of 5600 with my signed release in full of all claims and right form. It been months now and the insurance company still haven't sent me a new checks of 5600 dollar. Is it because i already sign the release form that they have the rights not to pay for my property damage?? What can i do?? Will any lawyer even take my case?

To be quite frank, why did you handle this without a lawyer in the first place? I may be willing to help you enforce your settlement. Why don't you call me at 818-739-1544 ext. 10

We would be willing to help. It's no surprise that an insurance company is delaying sending settlement funds. An insurance company makes its money by investing the premiums they receive. Thus, the longer they hold on to your money, the more they make. Give us a call and we'll get the money for you.
