Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

Child Subject to Cancer Causing Electromagnetic Radiation

When my son was between the ages of 3-4, we had his sleeping bed on the side of his bedroom where 11+milligauss electromagnetic radation was being emmitted from an electrical condiuit/meter system for the apartment complex. We were unaware the condiuit/meter system was there and no signs warned of the danger. Electromagnetic radation causes cancer in children and I'm very concerned. I would like to sue my apartment complex for not providing proper notification and indangering the life of my child. Please let me know if you need more information.

Who told you it causes cancer? Does your son have cancer? Have his doctors said it was caused by what you claim.

To prove such claim in court would require clear and definitive expert testimony capable of overcoming opposing experts' testimony, which I suspect would be rather difficult for you to obtain. If and when you obtain an opinion report from a reputable and recognized expert in the field, contact me to discuss the facts and report.

You cannot sue because you're "concerned." You must have provable damages although there are some lawyers who would actually take a case without provable damages. However, I am not one.

Good Luck.
