Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
parking lot accident
Parking lot accident. At night. backing out of space. hit parked car in lane with no lights. Other driver doesn't have insurance or drivers license. Have witness. My insurance co. says I am at fault. The california DMV will say I am an unsafe driver. What to do?

As far as any claims the other driver may make against you, there is nothing to do except let your insurance company handle it. If you want to make a claim against the other driver, you'll need to go to small claims court.
