Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I have recently started selling digital copies of movies on eBay, and I have had sales and positive reviews trickling in. Recently a buyer left negative feedback and said "Illegal Copyright infringement!"

The movie I am distributing is in the public domain, making the defamatory claim a false one. What should I do, since this negative feedback and claim of criminal conduct will surely affect my sales.

Thanks in advance for the help

(I think this is the right area of law, sorry if not!)

You had better make sure that you are actually selling copies of movies that are in the public domain. Not many movies that the mass public would be interested in paying money are in the public domain, so your claim that they are in the public domain is very suspicious to me.
