Statue of limitations in CA & WA

the statue of limitations in WA is 3 years from date of accident, In California it is one year. Not sure from you questions what you are asking. What do you mean by insurance agency? If you mean an insurance company then it would generally be the same as an individual. i.e. one year from date of accident. You need to check with a local attorney and discuss all relevent facts. this is not a legal opinion and should not be relied upon in any manner whatso ever.
