Has the statute of limitations expired for a wrongful death suit

if the accident happened nearly two years ago? What is the

statute of limitations in California normally?

The governor just signed a law extending the statute, hurry and file, you have nothing to lose. Contact me if interested in discussing representation.

The statute starts running on the date of death, not the date of the accident. It is one year.

If it has been less than 1 year from the date of death, contact us or another lawyer immediately to protect the statute for you while the case is evaluated.
