Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

Enough evidence showing sexual harrassment or not?

I am the clinic manager at a medical clinic. There are seven offices total. My direct supervisor who has asked me out several times, and whom I've said no to asked me to sleep with him one day. Shortly after I said no to him he started writing me emails picking on everything I was doing. I am now suddenly an insubordinate employee and I'm currently placed on a 30 day probation for not calling him right away when he called me. I've went to his supervisor and the CEO of the company and everything was shoved under the rug. I also went to four attorneys and showed them all the material I had. They said because I didn't get terminated based on what I showed them there wasn't enough to call sexual harrassment. My supervisor has also told everyone I have an attitude problem and my duties as a manager are slowly being removed from me. I have his the chat session, the voicemail of him threatening my job and the emails of retaliation. How come this isn't enough to show sexual harrassment?

what you seem to have shown people is exidence of the 'harassment'. What you need to prove first is the sexual favor request, otherwise it is not illegal 'retaliation'. How do you expect to prove the sexual favor request if he denies it? If you can, then you have a case.
