At a minimum you should contact the Information and assistance office at the nearest WCAB and have the information officer assist you in filing an application to protect your rights before the WCAB.

Of course you should contact an attorney!! Your husband may be entitled to many benefits including medical treatment, temporary total disability payments, permenant disabiltiy payments, and vocational rehabilitation. Do you think the insurance company is going to voluntarily dish these benefits out to you? I handle workers compensation cases. You can reach me by cell at 818-427-6246 or at my office at 626-583-8804. With the new law that Arnold has put into place it's critical that you act fast!!
