Assuming that you suffered a specific injury, and you are still working, that would be one year from the date of injury. However, you must report the injury to your employer immediately. Feel free to call me for a free consultation at 1-877-505-injury.

You have one year to file a claim and application for benefits. But why wait until the end of one year? Generally defense attorneys use such delays to prove that injured worker was not seriously injured at work since filing of a claim and seeking medical attention was not done timely. Feel free to call me at 213-388-7070 for a free consultation.
