II am now in the uk visiting my mother who had a stroke and condition worsen a few weeks ago and jump on

A plane to come Back from USA. I married my wife there, a us citizen and had applied for adjusted of status

I485 and i130. My i765 had come throw and had my employment card and my had beem given my social securtiy card bad had start 2 jobs. Now with out the advance parole which I should of applied for I do not know how to come back !! Need help

Please as my wife and I just starting new life and just was moving into our new apartment

You should have included the form I-131 with your initial I-485 filing. If you did, then your EAD card would also double as advance parole.

If you left the U.S. without advance parole, then your I-485 will be deemed abandon & you will not be able to re-enter the U.S. (Entering on a visa waiver or on a B-2 visa after marrying a U.S. citizen is considered visa fraud).

At this point, you may have to get your case transferred to the U.S. Consulate in London. You might also want to contact the U.S. Consulate in London, or the "local" USCIS office abroad, to see if there is any way to process an advance parole overseas.

You might want to consider hiring an experienced Immigration Attorney to assist you at this point.
