Auto Fraud.
Too much oil in my motor during oil change caused a short in my motor .
But I do not receipt any more. Can I
use a voice recorder as evidence at
DMV as proof that the garage worked on my truck ?

Re: Auto Fraud.
The garage should have a record of the service; you could say you need it for taxes. If you sue, you will need to prove they did the work.
