Broken verbal agreement

Me and my roomate made some verbal agreements before she moved in. Am I still legaly bound to hold up to my verbal agreements with her if she has broken every single one that she made with me?

Certain oral agreements are enforceable , while others are not. It depends on what the agreement covers.
