i've been released to go back to work and still have therapy who has to pay me for that time missed at work

Re: workmens comp.

An employee receiving medical attention (and not currently receiving benefits) for a work injury shall be compensated for the time lost from the job at the rate of such employees average earnings. This includes mileage reimbursement, too, at the Federal rate.
