I understand severe allergies to household products. I myself cannot use anything scented from soap to laundry detergent, and my mom is allergic to everything from plastic to roach spray. But, in an effort to keep the dwelling habitable for most residents, the landlord/condo assn. must spray for bugs and stuff. You can ask them to not spray your unit, but there is a strong chance that they do not have to honor your request. You should probably move to a place where you and your child can live alone - free from any interference of bug spraying or other chemicals. I'm sorry, but I just don't think you have a legal remedy.

Kindest regards.
