Can i demand that my childs Florida public elementary school show me classroom video of my mentally disabled child being hit by another student?

You can request to view classroom footage but, I doubt they will give it to you (if they have a good attorney). They could be sued by other parents who may not have given permission for their children to be recorded. Or the parents of the child that hurt your child may sue for the School Board exposing their child to you. The only way you may be able to get ahold of that footage is if you initiate a suit against them and have an attorney that can make a discovery request to view the footage.
