How can i sue a manufacturer for over rated performance of a robot which did not produce any result whatsoever ?

You could sue the manufacturer for breach of contract and/or breach of the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. One would need to look at the contract (if any) that you have with the manufacturer and hear the whole story to know anything further.
