Legal Question
Do I have any recourse on a county government for failing to identify critical visual non compliance items during a reroofing project on my home?
Additionally contractor gave 10 warranty and has only gone out of business in last 3 months. All along prior to go out of business he would not return our phone calls. He is not broke he just retired!
